all dogs go to heaven

on my way to work, the jeepney driver that there's a dog that got hit in the middle of the street. it broke my heart just hearing, what more if i had a chance to look at it. the driver felt sad and i felt even more. how could someone not see that dog crossing at it. i cant bear the fact, that whoever hit the dog did not even manage to save it. its such a sad, sad sad incident and i just prayed that the the dogs' soul will be somewhere safe.

from this, the same principle applies to us human beings. the way we treat animals, manifest the way we treat ourselves and other people.

i feel hot

it's been ridiculously hot in Manila these fast few days. last night, since i dont want to go home early, i spent like 1 and 1/2 hours roaming the supermarket 'cause it it's airconditioning, yet ending up with a grocerys' worth of P200 (half of it are just gummy bears from GmbH) hahaha. Went home at around 6:30 ish and walked like 5 block ( i think) and i am literraly soaking in my own perspiration. its so HOT. it's been weird. one of the effects of global warming.

How i wish we could still save our mother earth. i hope so.

week that was

the past few days, i've been having disturbance, i should say from my body. like diffifulty sleeping. last monday, since i can't sleep early,
i've managed to clean my phone inbox. the next day, i stayed at work till around 5pm to clean my email inbox and its not finished yet. wednesday came, i slept late and woke up early the next day
also some things are bothering me.. i don't know. maybe im to kind. maybe im neglectful. or maybe i don't pray hard.
i dont know... i need to do yoga again. i must.
