allow me to post this wonderful film i was able to watch! make's me proud to be a vegetarian,soft-hearted that i am and such a tear-jerker everytime i see cruelty of all sorts. this movie/documentary never failed to show it's real meaning.

this is more intense than meat you meet and chew on this from PETA, but it all boils down to promoting one thing. hope you get the message.

i also like the quote that was discussed on this film:

hope im not..

... diabetic or something close to that. it's nearly 2 weeks and my wound is still somehow fresh :( oh my... i still can't kneel and bend my left leg. i feel terrible.

a week ago...

.. we're in provident spending quality time with close friends. singing, cooking and watching movies. Now, the house is covered with mud and all their belongings are gone. when we heard the news that they're already on top of their neighbors roof, we know that what they're experiencing is unexplaineable. i am lost for words. we prayed, we contacted the radio stations for rescue and sister in law even tried calling their contacts. this, i feel traumatized the kids the most. i hope that this will never happen again.i am not even able to write the situation properly.

visiting them yesterday, you can still feel what they've been through. every story will put a tear in your eyes. even seeing the news about it made me cry. each of them has a story to tell. sister in law mentioned that this might be Kali-yuga. i don't know, i hope not. but somehow or another, we should take time to focus on our spiritual life and be serious about it.

happy weekend

got a huge bruise on my knee last weekend. a friend told me that i'm removing some of my old karma, i guess so too and i have to endure it. nontheless, i don't want that to spoil our happy weekend, 2 day mini retreat. nothing but singing transcendental music, cooking veggie dishes, watching movies and just plainly catching up with each other and the kids as well. looking forward to something out of town by december.

also, might be busy preparing some stuffs for a bazaar, will launch some new design for our clothing line.

camera & action

i am thinking of bringing my mini diana for a walk. this time a more serious walk to inspire me and capture special moments that i dare not do. i will explore what's out there, have more sunshine on my face and my ammo. hope i will have dough to cover for the slides.
