I heart tofu

Since I have this cookie cutters or whatever you call it, I decided to be creative one day with my vegetarian nieces at home.

Here's 's what we did :), we added some dried seaweeds for some iron power.

We call them Tofu cutlets. Since we have so many shapes in our kitchen, we decided to join the nutrition month contest for my niece. The kids who don't really love tofu or haven't tasted one, enjoyed our cutlets so much. I'm glad they enjoyed it.

So there, something creative for the kids to eat something healthy.

happy birthday to me

It was my birthday a couple of weeks ago and I was uber happy with the gift I received from my loved ones particularly the one that I will be using for this blog. I’ve decided to name my gadgets based on the traits I feel I showed in order to get them. Ladies and gents, allow me to introduce my new camera – Persy a.ka. perseverance.

back to blogging

I am reviving this blog for good. A little more dedication and I know that I can help a lot. I want to do sooo many things but I don't have enough time and enough moolah to cover for it. I guess I have to work and save up for it.

Anyways, I am definitely back!

we should have more parks

I missed Vietnam. It seems that they have more parks than we do and it’s greener.
I think our country should have more greens and less buildings like Vietnam. I guess it's too late for that.
